The Women Development Cell (WDC) at G D Modi College of Arts is committed to promoting gender equality, empowering women, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment. Our initiatives include:

1. *Guest Lectures*: Expert talks by gynaecologists on women's health and well-being
2. *Women Empowerment*: Awareness programs on laws and rights for women
3. *Sanitary Pad Distribution*: Initiatives to promote menstrual hygiene and accessibility
4. *Self-Defense Training*: Empowering women with self-defense skills
5. *Skill Development Workshops*: Hands-on training in:
    - Chocolate making
    - Beauty parlour skills
6. *Awareness Campaigns*: Promoting women's empowerment and gender equality
